Feature Requests

I want to be able to create a second invoice. Here are some of the reasons why: Someone is buying the service (invoice 1) and someone is buying the add-ons (invoice 2) Conferences will want an invoice for every event day of a booking - today, we have to create additional bookings

We recently had an event cancellation without rescheduling. I had to delete the event instead of mark as cancelled so I lost a lot of that information. Later they wanted to rebook like 2 months later and I couldn't reference their original quote and event details (since I had to delete it to make it go away)

We have add-ons like "Gallon of Brewed Coffee" or Baked Goods that would be helpful for teams to be able to see on the event brief how many of a specific add-on they need to make or verify they have. Ideally it would be dynamic based on the quantity of that add-on is on the invoice.

I would like to add two different discounts on one quote so that they show as separate line items. Currently, we can only apply one discount value, but it would be helpful to reflect multiple discounts separately. This is important for situations where we have a third-party commission and an additional client discount, allowing us to clearly display each discount's purpose.

I want to ensure that I don't continue scheduling staff members to an event if they have already declined. It would be helpful to have a feature that automatically tracks staff declines or rejections for events, so I can easily see who has declined and avoid assigning them to similar events in the future.

I wish I could send one link with a few separate quotes with different packages. For example a client wants a quote for 3 hours of service but they want two options, one with 2 baristas and one with 3 baristas. I wish I could send one proposal with both of the options present with side by side comparison. A simple quote form would also make this easier. As an admin, I need the ability to download a Quote PDF directly from the platform. This feature would streamline the process of sharing quotes with clients and ensure that all necessary information is easily accessible in a standardized format.

I would love a feature that allows you to make notes on open quotes. This would help in keeping track of important information and updates related to each quote, improving organization and communication.
