Ability to set up an Event Confirmation Automation Workflow

It would be super helpful for the system to be able to send out an event reminder to the contact a few days before their event. Ideally it would include important details from their booking form and ask the client to confirm with us that everything looks right. We currently do this by hand and it would savee quite a bit of time if it could be automated.

You can send an event confirmation email using the automated workflow with the trigger "When first event starts".

You can do this in Plus with the "When first event starts" trigger and set to x days before event.

Ben Farber thank you for this comment! I will definitely have to look at it again. In the past, I didn't think that there was a way to automatically pull their details into the workflow.
