Consumption Pricing

May be in the minority, but the ability to charge someone based on consumption (# of drinks) instead of hourly or by guest count would seem to be necessary.
If you are batching anything, you need to be able to make it spec'd to consumption totals since people can come back for seconds or thirds. Doing so would insulate you from any issues if someone wondered why you ran out when you made the equivalent of necessary drinks. This would be useful for Matcha Carts, Tap Carts, or even potentially espresso if you are charging based on consumption.
Seems like a no-brainer as most hotels/venues/catering charge on certain number of items especially when it comes to drinks unless it's an open bar concept (and even then sometimes they'll charge based on consumption - ringing up a $0 sale). And I do believe this is essential to ensure pricing is accurate for COGS purposes.

See my comment in this thread - in short, we already have a per unit pricing option for services that should address this request. Thanks!

Ryan Terracino - you can price your services this way now. Use the "Unit price" option on the service pricing and add your price per unit. The client will then select the number of units which you can use for pricing.
One thing to consider is that you likely have a much better sense on average consumption based on guests. Many business owners leverage guest count to infer the estimated consumption and therefore their COGS and resulting price. It's much easier for a lead to know or estimate guest count where it may be more confusing for them to select unit count.
Obviously this depends on the offering and your preference, which is why we do have the per-unit pricing option as well.
I will be marking this as "Completed" - let me know if I misunderstood the ask here.
