Example: I have a client who is an event planner and books us multiple times a month so I arranged to apply a 5% discount to each of their quotes as a partnership agreement. Would love if I could tell flashquotes to apply the discount for that client automatically.

We just released Workflows v2, including the ability to use conditional logic to modify a quote when it's being built.
You can now achieve this by having a workflow where you add an "Only starts when" condition for this specific contact.
You'd then add an action of adding a discount to the quote that is always available to the contact.
