I want to be able to:

1) Have my quotes expire, at the latest, some number of days before service. For example, if someone books for an event in 10 days, I can have it default to expire 3 days before that event. Right now it would expire on the event date if my default expiration was 14 days from quoting.

2) Set and update the expiration for a single quote. Effectively, I can override my expiration defaults by pre-setting the quote expiration before sending the quote.
