Option to Select Which Pre-event/Post-event Workflows a Lead is able to be Enrolled In

I have clients who book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly events and I would like to not spam their inbox with 8+ repetitive Pre/Post-Event emails per individual event.
May be as "simple" as a dropdown with checkboxes on the lead page to select which automatic workflows they're able to be enrolled in or not??

TBH, I'm not using the native Pre/Post Event workflows in FQ for this reason.
Currently I'm achieving this with Zapier triggering my Pre/Post Event followup emails/texts and it searches for a specific tag on the Leads profile within my CRM to manage this and works well 85% of the time, but sometimes it gets confused with which Event information it should be sending to the client, especially when there are multiple contacts from the same lead who are each booking regular events and my system is sending the wrong links to everyone, so the goal is to ensure the people who need those pre/post event followups are getting it while also ensuring the event details being sent are ALWAYS for the appropriate event, AND those who don't need all the followups are not getting blasted. 🫶
